Terms of service

Last updated 14 August 2026

The short version

Use it for your business. Your data is yours. We will not lose it on purpose, and we cannot promise perfection — so keep your own copies of anything you are legally required to retain.

Your account

You sign in with Google, so the security of your account is the security of that Google account. You are responsible for who you invite into your organisations and for what they do there.

Your data

Everything you enter remains yours. We store and process it only to provide the service. You can export your reports as CSV and your documents as PDF at any time.

Tax and legal compliance

The tax engine implements GST and generic single-rate calculations to the best of our understanding, and it is tested against worked examples. It is not tax advice, and it does not make you compliant on its own. Check that the rates, HSN codes and place-of-supply settings you enter are right for your business — we cannot know that, and the statutory responsibility for what you issue is yours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and make no formal uptime guarantee at this stage. While the product is in early access, features may change and prices for paid tiers are not yet final — see the note on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to issue fraudulent documents, to impersonate a business you do not represent, or to break the law where you operate. We may suspend an account doing any of those.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data — see the privacy note. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing the service or making a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Questions

Ask — we would rather explain a term than have you agree to one you do not follow.
